These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Drizzle & Co. website (drizzlenco.com.au) and our online ordering services. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Account Registration

To place an online order, you may create an account or check out as a guest. When creating an account you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete personal information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.

4. Orders & Pricing

• All prices displayed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
• A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.
• Menu items, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
• Once an order is confirmed and preparation has begun, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. By submitting payment you authorise us to charge the total order amount to your selected payment method. We do not store your card details on our servers.

6. Pickup & Delivery

• Estimated preparation times are approximate and may vary based on order volume.
• Pickup orders must be collected from our Kingsford location within a reasonable time of the estimated completion.
• For delivery orders, please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and someone is available to receive the order.
• Drizzle & Co. is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Allergens & Dietary Information

Our kitchen handles common allergens including but not limited to nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, and seafood. While we take care to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens. If you have a food allergy or dietary requirement, please inform our staff before ordering. Menu descriptions are provided as a guide only — please confirm ingredients with our team.

8. Product Images

Images displayed on our website and menu are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may differ in appearance, presentation, or garnish.

9. Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at the store or via phone. Refunds or replacements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these Terms.

10. Privacy & Personal Information

We collect personal information (name, email, phone, address) solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and improving your experience. We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to process your order or as required by law. Third-party service providers we use include:

• Stripe — secure payment processing (card details never stored on our servers).
• Twilio — SMS delivery of one-time verification codes (OTP) to the phone number you provide at checkout. Your phone number is transmitted to Twilio solely for this purpose and is not used for marketing.
• Supabase — secure cloud database and authentication hosting.

In accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you may request access to or correction of your personal information at any time by contacting us at drizzle.co.au@outlook.com.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Drizzle & Co. and is protected by Australian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drizzle & Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
